The following terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy with the meanings assigned below. Capitalised terms not defined here carry the meanings given to them in btn4d's Terms & Conditions.

btn4d acts as the Data Controller in respect of all Personal Data collected through the Platform. As Data Controller, btn4d determines why and how your Personal Data is processed and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is conducted lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

The games available on the Platform are delivered by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. These studios receive anonymised session tokens and game interaction data to deliver real-time game results. They do not receive your full name, national ID details, or payment method information.

6.4 Analytics & Fraud Detection Providers

The btn4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. btn4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process, and accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an account with btn4d using false information, please contact our support team immediately at the address in Clause 14. Upon verification of your report, we will promptly close the account, delete all associated Personal Data, and return any remaining balance in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
