btn4d Platform User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account with btn4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a current or former employee or contractor of btn4d.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by btn4d for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion or problem-gambling register that prohibits your participation in online betting activities.

By completing registration, you warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. btn4d accepts no liability for losses suffered by any player who misrepresents their eligibility. If your eligibility status changes after registration, you are obligated to notify btn4d immediately and cease using the Platform until eligibility is re-confirmed.

Registration on the Platform requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia. You agree that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, current, and complete.

Each Player may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, btn4d will close all such accounts, cancel any pending bonuses, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending fraud investigation.

Account registration and use of the Platform is strictly for personal recreational purposes only. You may not register on behalf of a third party, operate a shared or pooled account, or access the Platform as an agent, representative, or proxy for another person.

You are required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal or upon request by btn4d at any time. KYC documents typically include:

1. A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID card / KTP, or valid passport).
2. Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement displaying your address).
3. Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number).

btn4d reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals or restrict account functionality while KYC documents are under review. Standard KYC review is completed within one to three business days (WIB). During Idul Fitri, Imlek, or other national public holidays, review times may be extended.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). btn4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following channels supported by btn4d:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to 10 minutes during normal banking hours. btn4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match the registered account name — are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable bank charges. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits wherever technically possible. btn4d applies this policy to prevent money laundering and ensure transaction traceability. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the Cashier page and may be adjusted periodically.

Standard withdrawal processing times (measured from approval to funds arriving in your account) are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 1–5 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): 5–30 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued and processed at the start of the next banking window.

Withdrawals remain subject to completion of KYC verification. btn4d reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 200.000.000 in cumulative withdrawals within a calendar month.

btn4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms. In general, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• Minimum Odds: Sportsbook bonuses may require qualifying bets to be placed at minimum odds thresholds. Bets placed at lower odds will not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of bonus play is capped at five times (5×) the bonus amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Claiming a second bonus before the first is settled or expired will result in the cancellation of one or both bonuses at btn4d's discretion.

btn4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use by a Player will be honoured subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptance. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only; systematic or commercial exploitation of bonus offers constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 8.

All sportsbook, casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot, and other wagering activities on the Platform are subject to the product-specific rules published in each game or market's dedicated rules section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with those rules before wagering.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A wager is binding once confirmed and accepted by the Platform's system. btn4d does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable product rules.
• btn4d reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts per event, per market, or per account, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcome display, btn4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's wallet.
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Stakes from voided bets will be returned in full.
• All mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets involving a voided selection will be recalculated with that selection removed; the remaining legs continue to stand.
• Results for all sports markets are determined using official data from the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official results for Indonesian domestic football, FIFA for international matches). btn4d's determination of a result is final.

btn4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We provide the following tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months), during which your account will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from receiving all marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance derived from prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corrupt wagering on sports events.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, generate predictions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other Players (bonus abuse).
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds connected to any unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward btn4d staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.

btn4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation arising from prohibited conduct on the Platform. Where btn4d suspects that funds in a Player's account represent the proceeds of fraud or money laundering, those funds may be frozen indefinitely pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the btn4d name, logo, brand assets, website design, layout, software, game integrations, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of btn4d or is licensed to btn4d by third-party game studios and content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on any Platform content.
• Use the btn4d brand name or logo in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

btn4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and use of the Platform — including your name, date of birth, address, payment method details, and wagering history — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

btn4d does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification partners, game studios) strictly to the extent necessary for the provision of the Platform's services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btn4d's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btn4d shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond btn4d's reasonable control, including (but not limited to) telecommunications failures, internet outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or acts of government.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party financial institution.
• Errors or omissions in information displayed on the Platform that are corrected within a reasonable time frame.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from the Player's own negligence.

Nothing in this clause limits btn4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

btn4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements in Clause 2.
• btn4d is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
• btn4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity in connection with the Account.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting btn4d's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities or fraud holds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions are not entitled to withdrawal of any balance derived from the prohibited conduct.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to btn4d's operating jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

btn4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, btn4d will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's announcement section and/or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that applies to any dispute is the version that was in force at the time the relevant wager was placed or the relevant event occurred.
